Egg in a Boat

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2011
Made this for breakfast this morning. I told my daughter I was making a suprise for her, I used a snowman cookie cutter to cut out the middle. She said that it was the best suprise ever! For that alone I give it five stars.

Chicken Marsala

My husband and I love this chicken. He usually hates when I make chicken but this is so tasty and different. I serve with garlic mashed potatoes.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2009
This is the easiest dough I have found to roll. I also added an extra cup of sugar and took the suggestion from a previous reviewer and rolled between wax paper. I can't bellieve I've been rolling out cookies on flour for so long, with the paper no mess. Thanks so much for such an easy and delicious recipe!!!

Scrambled Egg and Pepperoni Submarine Sandwich

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2009
Yummy!!! I will be making this often. I love pepperoni and garlic and to mix with eggs, so tasty. I didn't have sub buns so I put between bread and grilled it like a grilled cheese. Again, Yummy!!!

Best Ever Chocolate Cutout Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
I'm not sure what happened but I followed the directions and when I took the dough out to roll it was so crumbly. I add another egg and some vanilla so the dough would stick just a little. Got about 20 cookies had to throw out the rest of the dough. The cookies smelled wonderful baking but tasted very bad. Sorry will not try again.

April's Chicken Fried Rice

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2007
When I made this I already had chicken marinating in a ginger sauce so I left out the chicken but added water chestnuts. Recently we've had problems finding something our 18 month old daughter would eat and she ate two bowls of this. We will be making this again. Thank you for a good recipe that's easy and tastes delicious.

Slow Cooker Roast Beef

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2007
This was the first time I made a slow cooked meal. It was awesome. My husband loved it and so did I and we usually have exteremly different tastes. I did change it a little, I used the same amount of soy sauce but added 1/2 cup of red wine. I put the roast on at 7:30a and added potaotes, carrots, mushrooms, and onions at 1:00p then a little onion pwder, garlic salt , and seasoning salt at 4:30 and ate at 6:00p. Didn't have to cook 22 hrs. and it still fell apart with the cheap roast I bought. We will be keeping this reciepe for sure. Thanks for such a great recipe and I hope everyone enjoys just like we did.
