Quick Lemon Dijon Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2010
Great recipe! I had some ground mustard in my fridge too, so I threw it in there with the dijon mustard and it added a fun texture. Definitely a very fast and easy recipe that I will repeat!

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2010
Perfect shrimp. The marinade was amazing, even though I had to substitute Balsamic vinegar for the Red Wine Vinegar. Great Recipe and one that I'll use again and again!

Fried Potatoes

Amazing! I cooked these potatoes exactly as stated and they were amazing!! I did add a bit of season salt at the end b/c i just love that taste. My husband said these are the best potatoes I've ever made...soft & crunchy with just the right flavor. We cleaned the pan.

Oven Fried Chicken III

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2010
This was very simple and very tasty. I used yogurt instead of mayonnaise to be a bit healthier and that worked fine and kept the chicken moist. I also used an "Italian seasonings" mix for the spice and that was good too.

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2010
really really good! it takes a long time, which breaks my normal rule of 30 mins or less, but since scalloped and au gratin potatoes are my husband's favorite, i gave it a try. it was a good success. only thing is that my flour/butter mixture clumped when i added the broth and mayo and i'm not sure how to fix this. other than that, its great.

Stuffed Mushrooms with Swiss Cheese

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2010
WOW! These are amazing. I think they are even better than the ones I have had in many restaurants and not as heavy. I've made them several times and everyone goes crazy over them. I always end up with a little extra stuffing which I happily snack on while the mushrooms are cooking in the oven. Very nice recipe and will become a regular when I host!

these cookies are amazing! i made them for a group of my girl friends coming over and they couldn't stop eating them...and told me that they are the best cookies they have ever eaten and begged for the recipe. i took the advice of wetting my hands before making the balls, which was extremely helpful. otherwise the recipe was absolutely perfect! thanks!! this is definitely going to be a christmas tradition :)

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2009
great recipe! i used a teriyaki sauce because i did not have any steak sauce and it turned out great. i grilled on a stove top grill pan and the chicken stayed so nice and moist. my husband is a picky eater and really loved this--and especially loved adding some more of the sauce that i had set aside before to it after!
