Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

This is such a fantastic recipe! Each time I make it, I get rave reviews and everyone asks for the recipe. The changes I make to this are: double Everything except the pasta (I like to make this and freeze it for quick meals, and the pasta absorbs the sauce)... Extra garlic, I throw in some oregano, and cut back the salt. I also throw in a little mozz and parm cheese at the end! :)

Blackened Seasoning Mix

This was perfect! I decided last minute I wanted blackened chicken tacos and was able to whip this up in a heart beat. I subbed Mrs. Dash salt free italian seasonings for the thyme since I didn't have any. It came out great :)

Garlic Butter Sauce I

I just tried this recipe to put over the top of my raviolis... definitely a great start! I minced up 6 small garlic cloves, used a stick of butter, probably a tsp and a half of italian seasonings, 1/3 tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp garlic salt and some pepper... I also added 3/4 cup of milk and some flour to thicken it up. It was good!

Slow Cooker Dump and Go Cheesy Chicken

I made this last night, and it really is as easy at it seems. I changed it to fit what we had on hand, 2 frozen chicken breasts, 1 can of broccoli cheese soup, 1 can cream of broccoli, cream of chicken and 1/2 cup milk. I put in generous amounts of onion and garlic powder, black pepper, italian seasonings, and cayenne pepper (be careful, I added too much and it came out really spicy). I also added some sharp cheddar cheese (be careful, it did make it kind of salty) and broccoli. It came out good, and it was so easy I'd definitely make again. I was looking for a meal that would make the chicken go a lot farther and it did. I just started up the crock pot again to warm it up and threw in 1 more can cream of broccoli (to bring down the heat of the cayenne) and put some corn in too.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Cake Balls

I was excited about making this recipe because it seemed very hands on. Also because I was spending the day in the kitchen anyway! It was a lot of work, but they came out looking fabulous. I used way more melted chocolate than it called for, and for the top of the ball I dripped white chocolate. They were good, but not excellent. They tasted like donuts! Next time I'll try a different cake flavor.
