Spicy Dill Potato Salad
Phenomenal salad. Couldn't stop eating it. I'm serious.

Asparagus and Tomato Salad with Yogurt-Cheese Dressing
Dee-licious. The differences: (1) used a head of romaine; (2) used a little over a pound of fresh asparagus and cooked it in the oven at 400 with a generous amount of shaker parmesan and olive oil (5 minutes each side); (3) accidentily mixed my dressing in a bowl that was previously occupied with minced garlic-- thumbs up!; (4) also thought the dressing was a little bland, so I added some lemon juice, fresh cracked pepper, and salt. Totally gonna make this again.

Nanna's Banana Bread
Dee-licious. Used sour cream instead of buttermilk (equal measurement), applesauce instead of vegetable oil (equal measurement), 3 bananas that were 1/2 liquified inside the peel (best bananas to use!), halved the cinnamon, 1/4 cup white sugar and 1/4 cut dark brown sugar, and added a large chopped mango for fun. Mango was unexpectedly awesome. Next time I'm trying rum instead of vanilla extract, like a previous person suggested.
