Honey Mustard Sauce

I just made this, and OMG, yum! A cup and a half of mayo seemed like a lot, and other reviewers said the same, so I did 1 cup. Everything else was the same. And I used light mayo. So happy I found this, as most prepared kinds in the store have HFCS and other additives.

Corrigan's Minestrone

This was wonderful soup! And made a ton so I will freeze it and have lunches for the next several days! After reading the reviews, I increased the vegetable broth by using a 32 oz container of the broth. I also used cooked pasta, 2 cups, instead of putting it in there uncooked. And I omitted the celery, just because I don't really care for it. Some of the most delicious ministrone I've ever had!

Garlic Salmon

Fresh Cherry Cobbler

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

This is one of the best recipes for chicken kabobs ever. I am not a huge fan of ranch, but thought it sounded otherwise good, plus it had good reviews. I'm glad I tried it because it is not only easy to make, but delicious as well. I made it for a large group of people, and everyone was raving. Thanks!

Easy and Delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole

I tried this out a couple months ago, and it quickly became one of our favorites. It is so easy and delicious. I like to make it with broccoli on the side. I might try some of the modifications suggested to make it even better next time!

Great Garlic Beer Steaks

This was a very good recipe. My husband loved it and said it was the best steak I've ever made. I didn't have oyster sauce, so I omitted that. I didn't have steak seasoning, so I mixed Kosher salt, black pepper and garlic powder and rubbed the mixture into the meat before placing in the marinade. I marinated for about 2 hours, but next time will try longer. I also cooked the steaks in the broiler as opposed to the grill, due to the fact that it is the middle of winter and my grill is covered in snow! Reading the other reviews, I'm glad I omitted the oyster sauce as some felt it was too salty. Very yummy!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I loved this recipe. It was simple. I think it could have been done in 6-7 hours instead of 8. I added pototoes and carrots and they were tender and yummy. A great meal to put together in the morning and forget about it until dinner!

Baked Ziti II

I made the baked ziti tonight and it turned out awesome!The recipe called for jarred sauce, but I ued my own homemade sauce. I made it this afternoon while my one year old was napping, then put it in the refrigerator until I was ready to bake it. It is a great meal to serve when you are having people over because you can put it together ahead of time and then pop it in the oven.

Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese I

I wish I had read the reviews before I tried this out, then I would have known that it does not require the 6 hours of cooking time. I got home from work last night looking forward to a yummy homemade mac and cheese and found a burnt mess. If I try it again, I will definately cook it for less time.
