This recipe was VERY EASY and VERY GOOD. I browned the pork chops early in the morning, threw them in the crop pot and started my day. I did somehow miss the step of dregding in flour, but I don't think it impacted the final product much. I found it easier to dump the crock contents into a sauce pan and thicken the sauce there. The Sour Cream had me a little nervous for a bit because it looked a little chunky for a while, but at it cooked, it smoothed out nicely. I might thicken it a bit next time. My family liked it... my EXTREMELY PICKY 9 year old daughter even tried the sauce and liked it. This recipe is a keeper... easy, fast and good.
