Heather's Grilled Salmon
Amazing. We had freshly caught salmon from Lake Michigan, with the skin still on one side. I grilled by placing the filet, skin-side down, on pieces of aluminum foil, and cooked on low for about 10 minutes, until the fish began to flake, while basting with leftover marinade. The marinade was absolutely amazing. Just a big sweet, but rich and tangy. Will definitely make again, and might try with chicken. One note, we didn't have lemon pepper, so replaced with lemon juice.

Detroit Hot Honey Wings
It's the middle of winter in Wisconsin, so I opted to bake instead of grill. Seasoned and basted with honey, baked in the oven 40 minutes, flipping the wings halfway and basting with more honey. I mixed up the sauce and spread some on the wings and popped them back in the oven for about 5 minutes. Delicious!

Creamy Potato Leek Soup II
Amazing! And very simple to make. My boyfriend and I use this recipe when he's making dinner. He's followed directions to a tee, twice -- and it's turned out excellent both times. We warm up some fresh Italian bread from the store as a side.
