Cindy's Chicken Milano

This is absolutely delicious with the addition of the white wine. I used the tomatoes packed in oil, as that's what I had. I think it brought a lot of flavor with it. I love the flavors and sooo good served over spaghetti.

Paula T's Bacon Spinach Quiche

I loved the flavor of the quiche but next time I'd use my regular pie crust recipe. This one is a bit too heavy for our liking. I added some sauteed onions and mushrooms to the pie plate before pouring on the egg mixture. Very yummy flavor. I used fresh spinach and it worked out just fine.

Real Italian Calzones

Ohh, MY GOODNESS!! This is a mighty fine recipe and I'll be making it again and again. I like it better than any pizza I've ever made at home. I've never made a calzone and didn't know that it had ricotta. That was my favorite part of this recipe. I used pizza dough from Publix (BOGO free this week) and used a little more ricotta than called for. I used Sargento's Pizza Cheese instead of the cheddar. I did add some salt, pepper and garlic salt to the cheese mixture. I also layered very thinly sliced mushrooms and a pile of fresh baby spinach on the filling before closing it up. Oh my, you talk about great flavor and cutting the pepperoni up into tiny pieces really was perfect. Like I said, I'll be making this again and it's so versatile as long as you use the same cheesy mixture. The fillings could be of your choosing.. hamburger, ham, sausage, vegetarian.. put some onions, peppers and more inside. Thank you so much Jenny for posting this fantastic recipe.

Simple Country Ribs

Very good. Our gas grill wasn't working right so I just put them in a sheet pan lined with tin foil and broiled them for a few minutes on each side. These were very tasty. I did use the boneless country style ribs and reduced the sauce after boiling/simmering the ribs. I used the Bourbon Whiskey BBQ sauce recipe by Kevin on this site and it was perfect. Thanks Phoenix33_64 for posting this method. I bought some more country ribs to use this recipe again :)

Memaw's Lemon Sunshine Cake

I made this today and we just had a piece of it. It is very moist and very tasty and the frosting/icing is the best part. Anyway, if you are looking for a very moist, peachy, lemony cake, this is perfect. I used a bunt pan and it was done in about 47 minutes. Thank you Acygan for putting this recipe up!

Bourbon Whiskey BBQ Sauce

Let me add my 5 star rating to this great BBQ sauce. It's the perfect balance of sweet to smokey. I found a recipe to make country style ribs by boiling in the bbq sauce and then grilling when done. I didn't have enough of my favorite bottled sauce so found this recipe. It's something I'll make again and again, with items easily on-hand. Thanks Kevin for the great recipe!

Seasoning Salt

Absolutely perfect. I asked on the Buzz and Elle posted this recipe. I did use Beau Monde seasoning instead of the celery salt (didn't have any) and I think it was a good substitution. Thank you so much Elle for posting your simple, yet flavorful recipe. And.. I know what's in it!

Lemon Pie Bars per Naples

I wish the flour had been divided in the written recipe as I put 2 1/4 cups flour in the crust and then read further and 4 T (1/4 cup) had to be added to the lemon filling. So, the crust has 1/4 cup too much flour. Other than that, perfect lemon bar.

Grandma Rita's Soft Butter Rolls

Excellent roll recipe. The 4 1/2 tsp of yeast makes for a very light and airy crescent roll. These were exactly what I'd been looking for. Next time I'd cut the recipe in half though because it makes HUGE rolls. I also used my bread maker to knead the dough and then turned out into an oiled crockery bowl to let rise (very quickly) and then rolled it out. It makes 18 HUGE rolls so be careful on your baking sheet not to get them too crowded. Thanks so much Lela for posting your recipe from your gramma.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Well, let me add my 5 kazillionith 5 star rating to this great recipe. So easy with the bread machine with ingredients on hand. I did bake mine for about 4 extra minutes as they didn't seem quite brown enough. That was just perfect at 19 minutes total. This definitely deserves all the 5 star reviews.

Sweet and Sour Chicken

Excellent sweet & sour chicken, not too sweet, not too sour! I served with fried rice and drizzled some of the sauce over the top. Very delicious and satisfied even my picky hubby :) I'll make this again.

King Crab Appetizers

These are a keeper! I used mini Grands flaky biscuits, torn in half and pressed into 18 regular cupcake tins. I used krab (fake crab) and it was very flavorful made as written. I liked the hint of the Worcestershire sauce and the creamy cream cheese. Even my picky hubs liked this.. I'll make them again.

Tasty little gems. I especially like the cream cheese filling and next time I make this I'll cut the crescent rolls a bit thinner. I made 16 out of the 2 rolls, I think I should have sliced them thinner.

Barbecued Beef Ribs for Two

We used Sweet Ray's bbq sauce but the boiling and baking times were perfect for these huge beef ribs. I had no idea how to cook them and my dear hubby followed the cooking times and they were perfect.

Caroline's Chocolate Fudge Frosting

I doubled the recipe for 40 cupcakes, perfect after adding 1 more cup of powdered sugar. Excellent fudgey flavor and I used semi-sweet Baker's chocolate squares.
