Cindy's Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2015
Excellent breakfast casserole. It's just as good left over and microwaved for a couple minutes. We enjoy this very much.

Bacon Cheese Frittata

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2015
This hit the spot! I had about a half a pound of mushrooms that needed using so I sliced them up and fried them after frying the bacon. Otherwise followed the recipe and mixed the eggs and milk in the blender. I baked for 30 minutes and it is perfect!!

World's Best Biscuits

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2015
I already rated this but it's gone now. Anyway, these are prefect little biscuits with just the right ingredients. Kinda crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. I don't cut with a round cutter, but pat it out into a rectangle and cut into squares with a knife, no wasted dough or re-rolling. Thanks Kitten for posting this.

Cream Corn Like No Other

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2015
I've made this so many times but guess I never reviewed it. It's wonderful just as written. I half the recipe for the two of us and it just has a bit left over for the next day. Can't go wrong with this one!

PAM® Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2015
I wish the ingredients told you that the sugar was divided. I just added the 1 3/4 cup of sugar to the cream cheese. I then added about a 1/4 cup of sugar to the butter & cinnamon. It was good but slightly too sweet.. what with 1/2 cup too much sugar because I didn't see that the sugar was divided.

I'm not sure why more people aren't making this! It's fantastic to add to coffee in the morning. I found the link on Pinterest and I'm sure glad I did. Happy to have found your recipe House of Aqua!

WHIPPED SCOTCH COOKIES.

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2014
These are so delicious, exactly as shortbread should be. I really whipped the butter before adding the rest and then really beat that. Soft, melt in your mouth, little gems.

Chocolate Mint Crinkle Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2014
First, it's not chocolatey enough and second, the mint is so strong, that's all I taste. It's very easy using the Reynolds Parchment Paper but the end product is not something I'll be making again.

Sloppy Joe Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2014
We enjoyed this. I did use elbow macaroni and added some worcestershire sauce to the tomato mixture. I also used a bit more brown sugar than called for. I used a blend of cheddar cheeses. Turned out like an old-fashioned casserole, stretching 1 lb of hamburger to feed 6 or 8 with a nice serving.

Easy Guacamole

Delicious guacamole! I didn't have cilantro so searched for a recipe without it and this hit the spot. I'd make this again for sure. Very fresh and light.

Creamy and Tasty Eggnog Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2014
I'm not an eggnog fan so I cut the recipe in 1/2. I did use the white chips and it's definitely very "eggnoggy". The fudge isn't creamy, more crumbly but it worked for my hubs.

Italian Meatballs and Peppers by PAM®

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2014
For something so simple, it tasted wonderful! I used a can of Hunt's Meat Sauce and a can of diced tomatoes, 1 bell pepper and probably a pound of frozen meatballs. I also added a package of the thick sliced mushrooms. Cooked on hi for about 3 hours, low for 2. I made penne pasta and mixed it in. Fantastic flavor, just right for us.

Chocolate Rum Balls I

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2014
Very nice, this recipe is cut down to use 1 box of Nilla Wafers. I'm letting them sit a bit to see if they mellow a little. The rum is quite strong.

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2014
Wow, I followed the recipe exactly, temp & time are spot on! I did not add the peanuts and it's a winner, winner.. !!! I used a paper grocery bag and it was so easy to mix the caramel over the popcorn. You do lose a bit of the caramel but it's easy peasy so it was worth it. I'll make this again for sure!

Pineapple Upside Down Cupcakes

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2014
These are so beautiful but they are time consuming, for sure! I didn't have enough pineapple juice so I supplemented with water. I used pineapple tidbits and that worked out really well. I'm proud of myself for making these!

Pot Roast Dips

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2014
This was excellent! I didn't have the au jus packet so I used beef base and just sorta eyeballed it. I cooked on high about 4 hours, then on low for 2.. it broke apart and was so tender and flavorful. I made homemade ciabatta bread and it hit the spot! I'll make this again for sure.

Delicious. I used milk chocolate chips instead of the white chips and also cut the recipe in half. Easy and the taste was very nice.

Snickerdoodle Sandwich Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2014
Delicious cookies and the ease of using the Reynolds Parchment paper made it so very easy. Didn't even have to wash the cookies sheets after.. just slid the paper off and it was clean! I didn't make sandwiches but just frosted each cookie on top. I did cut the cookie recipe in 1/2 and the frost recipe in 1/4 and there was still too much frosting for the 20 cookies. Can't imagine how much frosting they think you need for sandwich cookies. I'm glad I tried these! #AllstarsReynolds
