Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars
Love these! I have made them quite a few times, and everyone loves them. I add a little bit more cream cheese (about 1/3 of a package more) and use less nuts on top. Other than that, it's perfect!

Sausage Brunch Casserole
We love this recipe! It has become my go to breakfast whenever we have people staying with us. Like others I have to tweek it a little; I use 1 pound sausage, 5 eggs, 1/3 cup milk, and 2 cups of whatever cheese I have on hand. I also put the cresent rolls in the oven for about 5-6 minutes before I top with everything else. All of these tweeks were just because it would take forever to get everything to cook all the way through with how the recipe is written.

Smoky Potato Cheese Soup
I was trying to find recipes to use smoked sausage (I love it, but hubby isnt a big fan) I picked this one, because hubby loves canned potato soups. Anyway, its a fantastic soup, I only tweeked a couple things; first I used about 2T of olive oil instead of 1/4c of margarine. I also sauted and drained the sausage before I added it to cut the greasy taste (I also used 2 13oz pks, so it was more sausage) And I used closer to 10 potatoes, so that we would still have alot of bigger chunks of them when it was all mixed. All in all this is now a staple in our family's menu!
