Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
This was amazing! I've only used Jiffy for cornbread BUT NOW...I just inherited another Grandmother. Thank you sooo much for your delicious recipe.

Blueberry Waffles with Fast Blueberry Sauce
I only made the sauce and we ate it with our Chocolate Malt Belgium Waffle recipe. Instead of blueberries, I used raspberries. I followed it as it read. My 4 yr.old, picky guy, ripped off a piece of waffle and scooped up the sauce. If he had it his way, he would've just ate the sauce by itself. Thanks a bunch, Wendy L

Kettle Corn
What a treat! I halved the ingredients just to try it first and see if I wouldn't burn and waste it. Then of course, gobbled it right up just to satisfy my ego. If I could do it..so can you! I used a stock pot and an oversized lid and followed the directions verbatim. I took the advice of other reviews and mixed the sugar and oil first til it was hot and carmelized. I kept a wooden spoon in there stirring the bottom of the pot. Then added my kernels. Watch out, some of the hot kernels will pop out of the opening where the wooden spoon is and get your skin. Once it starts popping, be quick: shake, stir, shake, stir! If you are using an electric burner, take the pot off the burner when you hear the pops more than 5 seconds apart. No farmer's markets w/kettle corn here in Okinawa, Japan. I will make this over and over again!
