Slow Cooker Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2009
We had this last night for an Early Thanksgiving dinner. It was excellent. Like Other readers pointed out.... You need to add only the amount of broth that you deem necessary. I added just short of two cans. I made 1/2 regular and 1/2 to which I added raisins, which is a family tradition & prefference. One Tip. I also used a crock pot LINER. What a snap to clean up. ENJOY !

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2011
This was excellent and easy to prepare. I had 'very plump' chicken breasts... so I baked them for 45 minutes as another reviewer did. Delicious.... even as left-overs. Thanks for a great recipe.

OUTSTANDING ! The family enjoyed this very much. Made as directed--with the additions of; 3 cloves of garlic added when browning meat--also used 1/2 ground beef & 1/2 Italian sausage. We plan on making this for a future camping trip in a cast iron dutch oven...and it's sure to be a big hit. Thanks so much for a great recipe

This was excellent. Everyone really enjoyed it. We cooked ours in a 'foil bag' on the grill..as every thing was being cooked on the grill. Thanks for a great new taste for cauliflower

Slow Cooker Creamed Corn

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2009
This was SUCH A HIT. I made it 3 times during the Thanksgiving Holidays. I made it once on top of the stove, once in the slowcooker, and even on a holiday camping trip in a CAST IRON DUTCH OVEN. It was great all 3 ways. My families only suggestion... leave out the sugar. It was to sweet for our tastebuds with the sugar in it. I added more corn to each batch. ALSO, one batch I added about 5/6 sliced of American Cheese. That batch was the most raved about. Thanks for a wonderful change of pace recipe. Please know that it was a great hit... and I gave your recipe out numerous times. Thanks again. L.

This was excellent. Everyone enjoyed it. I did add some onion and garlic to it. But it would have been excellent even without it. Thanks for a great recipe. L.

Savory N Saucy Baked Beans

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2012
I made this for a barbeque where many of the guests were vegetarian. It was enjoyed be everyone. I made exactly as directed... but DOUBLED the recipe. I transferred it to a slow cooker for keeping it warm & easier serving. Thanks for a good & EASY recipe... It was a good alternative for regular baked beans. :)

What a treat to see this as the recipe of the day ! This is a great recipe and very close to what my mom and grandmother used to make when I was a kid in Cincy. Honey Bun Cake

This was great and very easy to prepare. It was a big hit at dinner. It's a perfect recipe for a bundt pan. I made it in a 9x13 but a bundt pan would have made presentation better. Everyone loved it. Thanks for a great recipe. I will be making it again.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2008
I have prepared this several times now and it is excellent. The family loves it, so I usually have to double or triple the recipe. My only changes have been in the final stage, where I add a very finely diced onion and garlic to the shredded pork and then top with "Sweet Baby Ray's" BBQ sauce, then slow cook again the next day. My grandson always requests this dish and asks me to make extra so he can take some home with him. I think that alone rates as a 5 star recipe :) Thanks for the great recipe. L.

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2008
This has become a family favorite. I've shared the recipe with many. I just pulled the recipe out again... for this week's card party. It's great a great main dish for a crowd, especially when every one brings something to go along with the soup. We've also taken this camping and it's wonderful in a Dutch Oven in the great outdoors. Thanks so much for the great recipe. L.

Baked Bar-be-Que Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2008
This was super easy to fix and very good. The chicken was moist and tender. Out here in the Southwest... it's sometimes too HOT to even grill. This was the answer to barbecued chicken without standing out in the heat to grill. For extra flavor I used "Grill Creations... chicken seasoning along with the garlic powder. I also used boneless chicken breasts. It's become a family favorite. Thanks so much for sharing.

Three-Cheese Spaghetti Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2007
This was a wonderful crowd pleaser. I "tripled" this recipe and it was great. One portion I used the spaghetti sauce and meatballs on top, the remainder I left 'tomato-less' with just cheese on top to please the non-tomato eaters. It was a great hit. I'm making this again today for sunday dinner...with just the sauce and serving with grilled steak and salad. The grandkids LOVE IT. Thanks for a real crowd pleaser. L.
