Like other reviewers, I was hesitant about letting the yeast sit in the water first, but I had no problems at all with this bread rising. I made it exactly as the recipe stated. The only thing I did different was I only used my bread machine on the dough setting. When that was done, I pulled the dough out and put it in a regular bread pan & baked it at 350 for 30 min. This dough rose fast & beautifully. I think better than other dough recipe I have used. When I first glanced in the bread machine, I thought this dough was going to be sticky, but it wasn't. I was able to turn it out of the bread maker into my counter easily. Nice elastic dough. I'm making more of this bread today.
