My favorite things to cook

My favorite family cooking traditions
im still developing those. Definitely sausage balls around Christmas
My cooking triumphs
My mother in law's sausage balls and a trifle I came up with. Also a pretty good pumpkin cheesecake
My cooking tragedies
Too many to list, but of course one of the meals I cooked in my first year of marriage. Country fried steak and mashed potatoes. My sweet husband ate those little hockey pucks like a pro!!

Best Ever Hot Artichoke Dip
This stuff is the bomb! It is a favorite with wine for my husband and I on movie nights! I substitute 2 cups of italian 6 cheese blend and 1 cup of grated Asiago. (you can find these at Publix). We also add some sun-dried tomatoes (in oil). We serve this with bread. We usually get french bread and toast the slices before we serve! This goes great with wine!
