Corned Beef and Cabbage I
This recipe worked well. I did cook my brisket in water and the veggies turned out just a bit bland. Next time I will try using beef broth as suggested by other reviewers. All in all a good recipe that I will use again.

Cranberry Nut Bread I
Although my bread came out a bit too tart but still very good, I must give this recipe the five stars it deserves. It is moist with just the perfect hint of sweetness. The next time I make it, I won't use to heaping cups of whole cranberries....maybe just one heaping cup...LOL!!!

Fabulous Fruit Salad
I made this fruit salad for a recent party and it was very good. This is a dish that should be eaten as soon as possible after being put together and I do not recommend making more than can be eaten within a 48 hour period, fruit is not cheap and a shame to waste.
