This was really sweet. Instead of yogurt, I used almond milk. It was fantastic! My 15-month old loved it!

Shredded Brussels Sprouts

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2012
This is fantastic for Brussels sprouts. I had some skeptical looks but they were really good. Thanks for the recipe. I did microwave the frozen sprouts for about 2 minutes before putting in the food processor & used some precooked bacon bits. Worked great!

Chai Cake for Bread Machines

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2012
We really enjoyed this recipe. It didn't seem to rise much but it turned out to have a nice texture that wasn't dense, but wasn't light & fluffy. If you like wine, it has a great hint of wine taste. I think this would make some great French toast. It is a nice change.

Italian Herb Bread I

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2011
This bread was fantastic! It was a very easy recipe to prepare. I let it rise a second time before I put it out on the baking sheet and it was the perfect, light & fluffy bread. The herbs gave it the perfect taste. Thanks for a great recipe!

Easy and Delicious Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2011
Our family thoroughly enjoyed this simple meal. To incorporate the cream cheese a little easier, I microwaved the sauce ingredients for a bit, and then stirred well before adding to the chicken. I'll definitely be adding this to the rotation!

Slow Cooker Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2011
This was some great comfort food! I didn't have time to put it in the crock pot & put it in the oven instead. It was great. I only used 1 can of cream of mushroom soup instead of one each of mushroom & chicken and added more salsa. Per suggestion of another reviewer, I stirred in some mashed up pinto beans in with the hamburger. Great recipe!

Brownies I

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2010
Thank you for this recipe! I had one many years ago nearly like this that I had lost, and was craving it! The only change was that I used semi-sweet chocolate squares and added some vanilla. These brownies are great. Very chewy and fall apart easily, but wonderful flavor! Thanks again!

These were fantastic! I used ground turkey & iceburg lettuce to reduce costs. It has a hint of heat that catches up with you after a few seconds but very good!

They're a bit on the sweet side, but I like them that way. I boiled the mixture a little longer than 1 minute, but that helped them to set up quicker. Thanks for the recipe!

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2009
This is some wonderful "comfort" food! It is bland, which suits my tastes very well. I made a few adjustments, just to use what I had on hand. I mixed edamame with the peas and that made for a nice flavor, and used up some white rice I had already cooked. It is a wonderful soup to make when you just want to warm up a bit. I also used half and half instead of cream. Very nice!

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2009
This is such a versatile batter and works well with just about any fruit. My family absolutely loves it! The best part is that it is so incredibly easy. Edited to add: cut down on the baking time by microwaving for 5 minutes, then baking in the oven for 30 minutes. The crust seems to fluff up a bit more by doing this.
