Sweet Potato, Carrot, Apple, and Red Lentil Soup
I have made this recipe twice thus far. Very DELICIOUS--and FORGIVING--recipe! Changes I've made: Olive oil instead of butter (healthier) Extra apple Lentils &/or split peas (depending upon what I had) Omitted ginger (none on hand, & not a big fan of it) Omitted salt (doesn't need it with the broth base) Chicken broth instead of vegetable broth (that's what I had) Second time added some left over roasted garlic (blended in with the broth) Sour cream mixed in at the end, instead of yogurt Only partially pureed the soup (left some chunks) We are addicted to this soup! Creamy, flavorful goodness with a little sweetness and slight "kick." This will be a "regular" in our home! Thanks for sharing it!

Spaghetti Squash I
We all really enjoyed this recipe! It is tasty yet not too heavy. This will be a keeper in our home...I'm looking forward to making it again with home grown tomatoes, and fresh basil from our garden...yum! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Fried Rice with Ginger, Hoisin, and Sesame
I was really looking forward to trying this recipe, but should have more carefully thought about the amount of barbeque sauce that was included in the sauce (I figured it would blend in a way that wouldn't scream, "Barbeque Sauce!") (And, I put only half of the sauce into the rice mixture...ended up throwing away the rest of the sauce.) I'm not a big barbeque sauce fan (a little goes a long way with me), and the barbeque sauce was overpowering to all of us at this meal. If you *love* large amounts of barbeque sauce, you will probably enjoy this dish.
