Feta Chicken

We really enjoyed this last night. Seasoned the chicken, after adding the feta and fresh basil I folded in half, secured with toothpicks. I brushed it with a mixture of mayo and plain yogurt. Rolled in breadcrumbs mixed with freshly grated parmesan. I followed a previous reviewer's advice and broiled it for the last 4 minutes. Thank you for a great recipe!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

I loved this chili! I omitted the jalapenos and used about 2 cups of chicken broth. Grated pepper jack on top and sprinkled with cilantro. Thank you!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Didn't change a thing. My kids said it was the best chicken I ever made. Served with mashed potatoes, gravy made from pan juices, maple glazed carrots and sautéed hungarian sweet and sour red cabbage.

Chicken With Mushrooms

Wow! My boys asked me to add this to their favorites. We all enjoyed it. The chicken was so moist we could cut it with a fork. I wish I could offer people some great advice, but the recipe is fantastic as is!! Thank you.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Just made last night. Absolutely delicious. Pounded the breast to even thickness, about 1/2 inch. Filled as directed, drenched in flour, browned on both sides for 7 minutes in cast iron skillet and finished cooking the chicken in 350 degree oven in 15-20 minutes. Removed chicken to a plate, kept warm. Added wine and bouillon to pan. Simmered for 3 minutes, then finished with the cream and let that thicken. Wow! I can not encourage you enough to try this recipe. I would feel so proud to serve this to family and company. Thank you so much for posting!!

Fluffy Pancakes

I didn't make any changes and this recipe turned out fantastic the first time! Since then, I have made these dozens of time and I just fall more in love with this recipe each time. I never order pancakes any more in restaurants because these are the ultimate for my taste. Thank you so much for submitting this recipe!

Rempel Family Meatloaf

Absolutely delicious. Sifted out the onions from the soupmix and used only the onions as directed at a later comment by the submitter. Did not change anything else. My entire family loved this! Other meatloaf recipes were not successful. Thank you so much!

Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy

Asian Coleslaw

Absolutely delicious! I serve it with the cedar planked salmon from this site and the brown rice medley I get at Trader Joe's. Oh, I also add some sort of heat. Usually sriracha and a teaspoon or two does the trick for my family.

Jan's Jalapeno Popper Pizza

My family loved this! Very spicy hot. I used a frozen pizza dough followed package directions for thawing. Shaped dough, then proceeded with this amazing recipe. I will make this for our next poker party. Thank you so much for the joy this brought to my family!

Churros II

These were delicious! My boys love churros and they said that these were awesome. I enjoyed them as well. The only changes I made were using butter and adding 1 tsp of vanilla to the water. I used a ziploc freezer bag with a star tip. I accidentally touched the bag to the pan, so it melted a hole in my bag. I ended up closing up my star tip and using the hole to pipe through. Worked fine. My star tip, wilton #30 seemed too small anywaya. I will probably look for a bigger one and make this again since it was such a hit. I am so glad I tried this recipe and not the one without eggs. Thank you for the recipe!

Hungarian Beigli

This is exactly what I was looking for! Absolutely delicious, just like I used to eat in Hungary growing up. Now, it's my turn to pass this heavenly tradition on to my boys. My only problem was that it cracked during baking, but it tasted so good no one seemed to care. Note to a previous reviewer, this dough does not rise, it rests. If you are looking for something that rises, it's probably a kalacs or a nut roll. Hope that helps. Boldog Karacsonyt and thank you for this woderful recipes.
