Fluffy Pancakes

I didn't make any changes and this recipe turned out fantastic the first time! Since then, I have made these dozens of time and I just fall more in love with this recipe each time. I never order pancakes any more in restaurants because these are the ultimate for my taste. Thank you so much for submitting this recipe!

Amazingly Simple Tomato Sauce

Chicken With Mushrooms

Wow! My boys asked me to add this to their favorites. We all enjoyed it. The chicken was so moist we could cut it with a fork. I wish I could offer people some great advice, but the recipe is fantastic as is!! Thank you.

Jan's Jalapeno Popper Pizza

My family loved this! Very spicy hot. I used a frozen pizza dough followed package directions for thawing. Shaped dough, then proceeded with this amazing recipe. I will make this for our next poker party. Thank you so much for the joy this brought to my family!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Didn't change a thing. My kids said it was the best chicken I ever made. Served with mashed potatoes, gravy made from pan juices, maple glazed carrots and sautéed hungarian sweet and sour red cabbage.

Kung Pao Chicken

I can only rate the sauce, which was delicious. I made 4 times the sauce. I made Kung pao shrimp. Used raw, tail on shrimp marinated as per recipe. First I stir fried sliced red onions, red bell pepper, carrots, celery. Set on a plate. Next I stir fried some unsalted peanuts. Placed them next to veggies. Then stir fried shrimp. When pink I added the sauce. Let it thicken, then added veggies and peanuts. Heated and served. I only used tablespoon hot chili paste in the entire sauce. I figured I could always add more, but didn't have to.

Absolutely delicious! I serve it with the cedar planked salmon from this site and the brown rice medley I get at Trader Joe's. Oh, I also add some sort of heat. Usually sriracha and a teaspoon or two does the trick for my family.

Wow! I just made this to try it for future parties. I scaled everything back for just one drink. 1 oz limeade, 1 oz tequila and a splash of triple sec. Poured it over crushed ice and I am in heaven! Thank you so much for such a delicious and easy recipe!

These were delicious! The sauce made enough for 8 lbs of ribs from Costco. I did not make any changes at all! 3 adults and 2 preteens devoured this, served with garlic bread and salad. Thank you so much for the recipe. I will use this sauce for chicken as well in the future.

German Spaetzle Dumplings

Wow! This was absolutely delicious! I multiplied everything by 1 1/2 to increase the amount. This gave us 6 servings of 1/2 cup each. My entire family loved this. I served it with chicken paprikash from this site. I grew up in Hungary, this is just like "nokedli." Thank you so much for the recipe.

Hungarian Beigli

This is exactly what I was looking for! Absolutely delicious, just like I used to eat in Hungary growing up. Now, it's my turn to pass this heavenly tradition on to my boys. My only problem was that it cracked during baking, but it tasted so good no one seemed to care. Note to a previous reviewer, this dough does not rise, it rests. If you are looking for something that rises, it's probably a kalacs or a nut roll. Hope that helps. Boldog Karacsonyt and thank you for this woderful recipes.

Delicious! Lightened it a little by using beef broth for half of the milk. Allso used fresh mushrooms for the gravy. Thank you for the great recipe!
