Use candy melts for this, not the chocolate chips in a bag from the grocery store, (ie. nestle). Much easier to coat the cookie ball with! I did add the softened cream cheese brick right into the food processor but added the crushed cookies in batches as it would not all fit in the processor. Chilled for an hour or two after making the balls. Took a dozen out at a time to coat in chocolate.
