Bad Day

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2008
I decided to make this for my hubby and I last night because we like both Amaretto and Champagne, so why not try them together? It was not to our liking! It made us both feel a little sick, I won't be trying this one again!

Beer Butt Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2008
This recipe is AMAZING! The flavors are wonderful and the meat is so tender. I made this the other day and didn't have a can of beer on hand, but had a can of cider instead, so I used that, and it came out soo tasty! This one is definitely a keeper.

Luscious Eggnog

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2007
OMG!! This eggnog is AMAZING! I live in the UK and you can't get eggnog in any of the grocery stores, so I've had to make it, and I LOVE this recipe, and so does everybody that tries it. The first night I made it, I followed the recipe exactly, but it went so fast that I tripled the recipe the next day, people keep raving about it, definite keeper. It's so easy to make, thanks so much for an incredible recipe. A few changes that I made, I added some scotch whiskey, and cognac as well as the rum. I also used double cream in place of the heavy cream.

Absolutely Best Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2007
These brownies were so easy to make, I doubled the recipe because I had a bigger pan to bake in. My only mistake was adding too much butter, they came out a little greasy, but they were so tasty! I also added a crushed up chocolate bar for extra chocolate flavour. My hubby who isn't a huge fan of chocolate even loved them.

Juicy Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2007
These pork chops came out AWESOME! I added a little bit of teriyaki sauce, used garlic powder instead of minced garlic, and added a little bit of maple syrup for sweetness. I ended up marinading in the fridge for nearly 2 days, but my hubby and sis-in-law said they were the best chops they'd ever tasted. Will definitely be making these again. Thank you.
