Celery Stuffing

This was excellent, classic celery stuffy, BUT, you need to add WAY more sage and thyme. I kept adding and adding until I thought it tasted right. EXCELLENT and easy!!

Used sour cream instead of cottage cheese and Jimmy Dean Sage sausage instead of bacon, next time I will use both! Wonderful casserole, made the night before and threw in oven in the morning. I used Jarlsberg and chedder cheese, really realyl good!!!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These were great tasting. Quick and easy too. I added a few drops of vanilla and a heaping teaspoon of sour cream, just because. Blueberry muffins are my husbands favorite!! These were great, I added nutmeg to the toppihg too. Great muffins.

White Chocolate Blondies

Terrific! Everyone loved them. I used 1/2 T vanilla extract and 1/2 T almond, gave it great flavor. I also added chopped chocolate chips to the batter and chopped pecans. I did the 40% power microwave w/ the butter and the white chips... These were great, Next time I'll have to double the recipe and use a 9X13 pan.

Pierogi (Polish Dumplings)

Excellent and Easy dough. I've made these my whole life starting young, This dough is the easiest yet...The saerkraut filling I simmered with chopped onion and fresh mushrooms and added some garlic, for about 30-45 minutes to tender it up. The potato filling I added a container of cream cheese and a little milk and more butter to make thes extra tasty. I froze these after boiling and then took out on Christmas day, browned with butter and they were EXCELLENT!!

Apple Spice Snack Cake

UnBelievable! Awesome! I did add 1/2 cup egg beater and a pinch of pumkpin pie spice, cinn. & Fresh Nutmeg. I then at then end added 1/2 c of milk choc chips chopped up and chopped walnuts. Served with low fat frozen Vanilla Yogurt. OUTSTANDING!

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

Awesome. Very tasty. I used 2 fresh spinach bundles instead, no broth, just the juice from the artichoke (non marinated). I also put a layer of cottage cheese w/ some parm. to give it a real lasagna taste. It was awesome!! I threw in some onion salt, garlic salt and oregano as well.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookie are awesome. Secret ingredient is definetly the pudding. Very very very good. Best choc chip cookies I ever made. ;)

Delicious Pumpkin Bread

So Good and moist. VERY EASY and delicious. I put everything in a bowl at once and mixed. One Recipe made 4 mini loafs (40 minutes) and one 9X5 large loaf (1 hour)...very good! ;)

Easy Quiche

Very easy....one bowl mix. I used this an added brocoli, no ham, cheese, sauteed onions and tonight I'm going to try spinach. I got my boyfriend to try it and he loved it...he has some kind of thing that "real men don't each quiche" however, he loved it. Very good.

Chicken Enchilada Casserole I

This recipe really caught my eye, but I didn't have all the ingredients. I loved the lasagna type style but with strips of flour tortillas. I cooked some enchalida like chicken, layered and continued on with my imagination. i.e. salsa, beans, cottage cheese, tabasco. GREAT!!!

Asparagus Casserole II

This was for just my husband and I. I cut the recipe in half and used fresh steamed asparagus. I used one egg and one egg white, to cut calories. It turned out good. BE SURE NOT TO ADD SALT, ritz or Townhouse crackers are usually ALREADY salted.

Pizza Dough I

Excellent, used this recipe for a quick calzone, I added cheese, onions, and brocoli inside and folded the cirlce over like a calzone. Worked out great.

Deluxe Waffles

These waffles are ok....too much egg taste though. I added a pinch of cinnamon and a 1/2 tsp. of vanilla, they were much better. Next time, I would only use three eggs though.
