We didn't care for the pieces of orange, but overall this is a wonderful recipe--would be good with so many different types of dried fruits. Will make again, substituting dried cranberries, blueberries, etc. for the orange pieces. Thanks for sharing!

Herb, Garlic and Bacon Pork Loin

Halved all ingredients since I had a 2-1/2 lb. pork loin. Baked for half the time as required in the recipe. The aroma while it was roasting was wonderful as was the finished dish! Will make again.

Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

Absolutely wonderful! I may never use another recipe for pork tenderloin. My hubby is not a pork fan; he said this is the best pork he's ever eaten. I browned the tenderloin coated in Dijon, salt and pepper, along with the shallots and two cloves of garlic. Then I added the wine and five sprigs of thyme and brought it to a simmer. Baked covered for about 1 hour. Add the mushrooms near the end. I removed the meat, keeping it warm, added half and half and finished as directed. So good! Only thing I will change next time is that I won't salt the meat. (An addition I made, but salty enough without added.) Thanks for sharing!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

We enjoyed this very much, made exactly as directed only salted and peppered the meat. Next time I will try adding a sliced onion to the mixture. Thanks for sharing.

Thunderbird Stew

One of the best recipes I've gotten off of this site. Even my hubby, who is not a beef fan, loved this. Made exactly as directed in the oven, didn't need to double the gravy amount, plenty of delicious gravy. Thanks for sharing!

Juicy Watermelon Sorbet

Red Wine Pork

Wow! I made this tonight and we loved it! The only changes I made were to use four peeled whole carrots instead of diced and I added three tablespoons of fresh thyme. I threw in some fingerling potatoes halfway through the cooking time. This reminds me of a hunter chicken recipe that I've made for years. Thanks so much for sharing!! A definite keeper.

Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion

Wow! I made this for the first time tonight and it was fantastic! I did substitute chicken broth for the beef because I had run out of beef and didn't realize it until it was too late. I also garnished with fresh parsley. My husband said it was the best pork chop recipe he's ever had. Thanks so much for posting!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
