Delicious recipe, Jennifer. Thank you. So easy to make. I used 1/2 cup brown sugar & 1/2 cup Splenda. Also, I added 1/2 tsp ginger, since it goes so well with the cinnamon, nutmeg & cloves. I figured the ginger wouldn't hurt anything.

Strawberry Bread

needed an easy recipe to use up some ripe cherries. I found this & decided to try it out. In addition to the cherries, I switched the pecans with slivered almonds. Following other reviews, I cut back on the oil and the cinnamon. I should have added some vanilla, but didn't think of it until I was done. The bread was delicious. I do want to try it with strawberries.

Uncle Mac's Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies

I shipped these cookies to my son-in-law in Iraq. He and his buddies loved them. All they said was, "Send more!!". The cookies shipped with no problems. I've used home-made elderberry jelly and home-made apple butter, in addition to various store bought jellys and jams.

Cabbage Roll Casserole

Easy to make and tastes really good. I added several diced banana peppers to spice the casserole up a bit. I will definitely make it again.

Butterscotch Cake I

My son requested Butterscotch Cake, which I had never heard of. This was so easy to make. Everyone loved it. My wife has a new favorite cake, now. Next time, we want to try English toffee chips. We will be making this cake for family & church gatherings, as well as for a treat at home. Thank you for a great recipe Angie M.
