Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars IV
Yummy, yummy! These are much better then Reece's cups. I had to make 3 more batches yesterday. I served them at different Christmas parties. Husbands, who normally do not like "Christmas candy" wanted more of these. One of them drove 45 miles to pick them up. Using the parchment paper as a pan liner was a brilliant suggestion from one of the reviews. Also I did add 1/2 c. of crunchy peanut butter to the chocolate. I used semi-sweet chocolate chips and also milk chocolate chips. Both were yummy! Thanks for sharing a fabulous recipe!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
I was at BFF for the week....she said I have this great recipes for Chicken Kabobs for the annual BBQ she has. I had my reservations...as my pass experience w/ chicken kabobs were always dry and not good at all. WOW is all I can say. Very easy to make! She cubed the chicken and we stayed w/ recipe exactly. They grill up very nice and it was fun to watch even the picky children eaters go back for 2nds. The chicken went really quick and everyone there wanted the recipe. We are off to Tahoe for the 4th and I am bringing this recipe for sure. Really, you must try it. Not the same old boring chicken....it is the best!

Raspberry Trifle
Yes, this is the one!! Look no further. I made it for a bible study potluck in the fall and everyone raved. We are having another one tomorrow and everyone said I had to make this again. I changed it a little bit. I used fresh raspberrys as well as frozen. Also used fresh blueberries. I added sm package vanilla instant pudding to the cream cheese mixture. Yum Yum. Taste like the cream in Boston Cream Pie. Very lite and tasty. Thank you for sharing this recipe!
