No one seemed interested in eating the salsa which was disappointing because it was time consuming to dice the fruit.
The cinnamon chips, however, were a hit and I will make those again. They were very easy. I sprayed each tortilla, cut them in triangles and threw them in a huge lidded container with the cinnamon sugar. With a couple of shakes, the triangles were coated with the mixture.
