Buffalo Chicken Dip
This was the simplest and best buffalo chicken dip I have ever had. I used fresh chicken breast which I boiled and shredded and then sauteed in the hot sauce just long enough to coat. I used extra franks buffalo wing sauce and by extra I mean an entire medium sized bottle and after cooking the chicken in the hot sauce I mixed it all in a bowl with about a cup of Monterrey Jack cheese and tossed it in the crock pot for a few hours until hot and bubbly. It turned out awesome and I had no issues with it separating. I do think it would be good without any added cheese but the Monterrey Jack cheese was an awesome addition. Thanks for a simple and great recipe!

Old-Fashioned Beef Stew
I cooked my roast all day and then put in the fridge long enough for the fat to harden so I could easily skim it off then shredded the meat and added veggies including a can of diced tomatoes, corn, celery and extra garlic, a bay leaf and some worcestershire sauce along with everything else listed minus the mushrooms. This turned out absolutely amazing and was so easy to make. Oh and I have always loved green beans in my stew...yummy!! Thank you for an excellent base recipe.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
I made a triple batch of these muffins for a bake sale and I doubled each batch and with the extra fruit each batch made 24 normal sized muffins. I made banana nut, blueberry and apple cinnamon. I did add vanilla and the banana nut turned out the prettiest with the biggest crown. I believe that the banana nut turned out the best because the banana thinned the batter some. The blueberry using frozen blueberries that were tossed in flour and sugar ended up with the top spreading all over and the apple cinnamon ended up with half having a hole in the center which I believe is because of how thick the batter was. Next time I will thin the batter with a little extra milk. Other than the crown and middle hole issues the flavor was excellent.
