Fried Rice Restaurant Style
Yummy! I did the recipe just as listed but made a few substitutions. I used olive oil instead of vegatable oil and I used egg substitute. The second time I made it I marinated chicken in soy sauce and garlic, cooked it, and added it right at the end. Way better then take-out!
