Grill Dough
Ok, I'll be honest. I flubbed the recipe somehow and bought pre-made dough from the store. I let it sit out for a couple hours, rise, get pliable. I rolled it out and threw it on the 'greased' gas grill, waited til it browned on one side, put the toppings on the browned side and put it back on the grill to grill the underneath. It ROCKED!!! It was 35 degrees outside and it was still worth it to cook on the grill as opposed to the oven. Fun and great tasting! Don't put the heat up too high on the grill though.... burn city. And check it often after you flip and put toppings on! :-)

Special Buttercream Frosting
I have one tip. Do not use butter flavored shortening! I thought I'd change up the recipe a bit and use butter flavored crisco. Mistake! I tossed the whole batch. All I tasted....was butter - and it was gross. I re-made it as-is and it was great! Yum.

Chocolate Pudding Cake III
This was DELICIOUS. I also did 1/2c. each of white and brown sugar...but other than that I followed the recipe and got rave reviews from everyone - including my friend who had requested a low-cholesterol dessert. The only thing I'd add to this is some vanilla ice cream on the side because holy cow this is ONE rich dessert! Very molten lava cake'ish! Looks SO weird going into the oven, but WOW it looked/tasted great afterwards. Will absolutely make again!
