About this Cook
I'm a new mother so I cook when I can now, but I still enjoy it.
My favorite things to cook
I love baking cakes.. that's my favorite.
My cooking triumphs
I've gotten where I love to try to recreate recipes I've had in restaurants.
My cooking tragedies
I've def bombed a couple times. I didn't add enough water to a rice casserole once and it was horribly dry. I can always follow a recipe though.

Seafood Lasagna II
It was good. I did use the lump crab meat instead of imitation. I did also add frozen spinach from other reviewers suggestion which made it pretty. Overall nice dish, but expensive!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Amazing. I used leeks for onion and celery seed instead of fresh becaue I didn't have any but wow I am about to make it for the 3rd time this month.

Cranberry Sauce
I actually used apple juice because thats all I had and it still turned out great. Thanks for the easy recipe. I may never buy canned cranberry again lol.
