Marshmallow Fondant
I used marshmallow fluff and just kept adding powdered sugar until workable. Will use this from now on! Oh, yeah, I'm a professional baker/decorator!

Taco Pie
Big hit with kids. I didn't use but a half cup of sour cream, couldn't imagine using the whole container! I also added pinto beans and salsa.

Spicy Refrigerator Dill Pickles
I liked this recipe a lot, however it should say SWEET spicy pickles, if you add as much sugar as the recipe states. I only added about a Tablespoon and they weren't sweet and more the flavor I wanted.
