Pepperoni Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2009
I brought this to work for a potluck and everyone loved it. People were actually bragging that they had the recipe! It was a little spicey for me but I would definitely make it again for mass consumption!

BLT Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2012
Not a fan. I tried it many different ways using the suggestions of others but did not care for any variation of it. My friends and co-workers liked it but I probably won't make it again. Thanks for the submission, though! :)

Pita Pizza

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2012
I love these pizzas. I always have pita bread on hand to make them. However, like others, I do pre-cook the pita breads rather than just warm them up to ensure the crust is nice and crisp instead of slightly mushy. I use bottled pizza sauce from a local pizza place and then whatever toppings I want.

Broccoli and Stuffing Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2012
Yummy! I did make some changes as I used what I had on hand (dehydrated onion, frozen broccoli, broccoli cheese soup, Stove Top Chicken stuffing), omitted the butter and mixed together as others suggested rather than layering. It smelled sooo good while baking and was very delicious. I do think fresh broccoli will make it even better. Thanks for sharing! :)

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2013
I have made this before as is but recently made it again with some changes that apparently sent it into the stratosphere. Everyone was clamoring for the recipe. I cooked chicken breasts myself rather than using canned chicken, I used Bleu Cheese dressing instead of Ranch and probably the most significant change was I used Syberg's Buffalo Wing Sauce rather than a red pepper sauce.

Tammy's Philly Cheese Steak Dip

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2013
This was pretty good. I did make some minor changes based on my taste - I used 1-1/2 C of onions and no green peppers. I could barely taste the onions so I will probably do both the next time I make it. While this was very good, it was also very rich. I think it is fine "as is" for a potluck but if I make it again for my personal consumption I will probably replace the provelone with mozzarella and the mayo with sour cream. It was also not a thick as I was expecting. It definitely was not runny but I will probably add more roast beef the next time.

Easy Oven Brown Rice

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2013
I eat brown rice a lot and have traditionally used a rice steamer to do this. My rice steamer is not a very expensive one so the bottom of the rice tends to burn. I hate using pots simply because you constantly have to watch it. This is a perfect solution. I basically just cook rice for the week to use in different dishes but I do think I am going to try cooking it with different veggies and/or broth as others have suggested. And the quantities and time listed worked perfectly.

Reuben Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2013
I don't regularly eat Reuben sandwiches but everything is great as a dip, right? I did not care for it. I think my biggest issue was that the Swiss was so overpowering. Swiss is my favorite cheese but it was too much in this instance. And I would never bring it for a work potluck as it stunk up my house so bad. Thanks for the recipe, though! :)
