I cannot do cakes for whatever reason. I have tried and usually fail. It has probably been years since I baked a cake.

Reuben Dip
I don't regularly eat Reuben sandwiches but everything is great as a dip, right? I did not care for it. I think my biggest issue was that the Swiss was so overpowering. Swiss is my favorite cheese but it was too much in this instance. And I would never bring it for a work potluck as it stunk up my house so bad. Thanks for the recipe, though! :)

Easy Oven Brown Rice
I eat brown rice a lot and have traditionally used a rice steamer to do this. My rice steamer is not a very expensive one so the bottom of the rice tends to burn. I hate using pots simply because you constantly have to watch it. This is a perfect solution. I basically just cook rice for the week to use in different dishes but I do think I am going to try cooking it with different veggies and/or broth as others have suggested. And the quantities and time listed worked perfectly.

Tammy's Philly Cheese Steak Dip
This was pretty good. I did make some minor changes based on my taste - I used 1-1/2 C of onions and no green peppers. I could barely taste the onions so I will probably do both the next time I make it. While this was very good, it was also very rich. I think it is fine "as is" for a potluck but if I make it again for my personal consumption I will probably replace the provelone with mozzarella and the mayo with sour cream. It was also not a thick as I was expecting. It definitely was not runny but I will probably add more roast beef the next time.
