Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

I liked the texture of this cookie, very soft. I am not a fan of crunch cookies. However I couldn't taste the butterscotch so it really just taste more like a normal chocolate chip cookie, and it was good but I have tasted better. I would add some butterscotch chips or something if you are wanting a butterscotch flavor. Me and my husband just couldn't taste it. But it's not a bad cookie the texture is great.

Lime Garlic Chicken

I don't know what happened but I was not impressed with this one. I think that 1 cup of butter is way to much. I ended up throwing the left overs away. It was very greasy and it just seemed like to much work for something that didn't even taste good. I will not make this again. It would be easier to just go get some fried chicken.

I thought this was a very good and tasty recipe. The only downfall is that the breadcrumbs did become soggy, but I think it is something that I can fix next time I make this dish.

Mom's Mozzarella Chicken for Drew

I think this was pretty average but was it worth the time? I thought it was a little bland. You really have to use a good spaghetti sauce for the best flavor. I am not sure I will make this again. I think I can find something more tasty to make.

Baked Paprika-Parmesan Chicken

Love this recipe. It had a lot of flavor. My husband and I loved it. I will make again. The time is a little off I think. It took about 30-40 min. for it to cook completly and still be juicy.

Mozzarella Mushroom Chicken

My husband and I loved this recipe. I didn't have garlic powder so I used more cloves of garlic. My husband and I love garlic. I fell short of the 2 cups of cheese but it was still smothered in cheese. I even made 3 chicken breast and it was still more than enough. I will make this dish again. I thought it tasted like something from a restraunt.
