Italian Wedding Soup I

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2009
Delicious soup!! This is my second time making it. I added about 1/4 tsp of garlic powder and used Italian bread crumbs. I used 2 of those 32 ounce boxes of chicken broth and two cups of beef broth (I used a beef bullion cube). I also used 1/2 cup orzo pasta and cooked it for 6 minutes before adding to soup. I browned the meatballs a little before adding them. Served it with some crusty french bread.

Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2009
These brownies are SOOO delicious! My family just loved the combination of butterscotch, marshmallows and chocolate. Perfect! I baked them in a buttered 9x13 glass baking dish and baked them longer than the recipe called for (about 25 minutes).

Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2008
WOW! This is absolutely delicious!!! It is probably one, if not THE best chicken recipe I've ever tasted. My husband and I loved it and I will definitely add this to our recipe box. I want to make it again this week. My husband and I were fighting (nicely) over the leftovers the next day! :-) I used bone-in chicken legs and thighs. Basting it every 15 minutes is important and I covered the bottom of the metal pan with foil for easy cleanup. Thanks for an awesome recipe.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2008
a truly great recipe! Hubby said, "you can make this again!" That means he loved it and so did everyone else. Watch the sauce carefully and don't overcook because it will get too thick.
