Stuffed Pepperoncini
I used turkey bacon, and it was delicious. I found a quicker/easier way to do this, but it takes a pastry bag fitted with a star tip (which means you REALLY need to mince the ingredients small). Just cut a slit down the length of the pepper, and then pipe in the filling, allowing the filling to show in its swirling pattern, kind of like a canoe. If desired, sprinkle with paprika or a grinding of black pepper.

Quick and Easy Monkey Bread
I'm embarassed to say it has taken me 2 years to submit a review on this recipe -- it is a true "go-to" in my house, when the time calls for something special. It's easy, impressive-looking, smells PHENOMENAL, and everyone gobbles it up. Although other reviewers said that this recipe needs some adjusting to turn out, I actually follow it to the word, and it's always perfect. Refrigerated rolls are absolutely NO substitute to frozen, because only the frozen ones rise. To avoid clumping, I say just sprinkle the sugars gradually, and pour the butter slowly. Thank you for this fantastic addition to my recipe box!

Wasabi Mashed Potatoes
YUM! My guests were impressed with this part of the menu, and so was I. It made a very nice platform for terriyaki salmon. As I was short on time, I just used instant potatoes and made them according to pkg instructions, then mashed in the roasted garlic and wasabi. As other reviewers tipped, I needed more wasabi to give it a nice kick. Thank you!
