This was just ok. I had to do a fair amount of "doctoring" to make it eatable. I added plenty more spice (salt, pepper, cayenne, celery salt, garlic powder) and I think next time, I would add more meat. The cooking time seemed suspect too. Why do you need to bake this for an hour when all of the ingredients are already cooked? My casserole was bubbling at 35 minutes and the cheese was drying out so I took it out and it was fine. The only reason I'm not giving this recipe a 1 or a 2 is because this casserole is great for a big family and is very cheap to make. Also, I used macaroni noodles instead of egg and swiss cheese instead of cheddar, this gave it a more grown up taste.
