this was awesome. i made a few adjustments, but overall it's the same recipe. I added a tiny bit of curry powder. With the dill it adds a very interesting demention to the flavorings. Also when i cooked the shrimp, i wok fried them in a mix of oil and rice vinegar, then drained before cooling. Great recipe.

Mama's Best Broiled Tomato Sandwich

we love these, and they are so fast! sandwich bread is a bit thin to hold up to the tomatoes but it's still good that way.

Sweet-Potato Muffins

they were hearty and good. Very filling. These would be good to take cross country skiing or on a hike.

my family loved this soup, and it was great as leftovers. I thought i had Oregano at home, but I didnt, so I used a couple of spoonfulls of some fresh pesto i had in the fridge. Turned out GREAT! I think i might add some diced sweet potato next time.

Spinach Quiche

this was awesome. Better than the one my mom makes and it took half the time. I think it was the flavored feta that made all the difference. My pie shells were too small so it made 2 whole pies. I froze one after baking, we'll see how that turns out.
