Anniversary Chicken II

Danielle I have to admit after reading this and the ingriedents I thought what inthe world is this lady thinking...lol. I am a big review reader and almost everytime if the reviews are good I will make the dish. This was the oddest combination of flavors that was so good. I did as others suggested as well reducing everything to low sodium but I love bacon and used all that you required. Oh and I used very little soy sauce. (just not a fan of soy sauce). Keep it rockin and thanx for the recipe.

Maria's Pepper Steak

Maria great recipe. I used a lodon briol steak and I dont think that was a good choic the meat came out so tough so anyone reading this dont do it...lol. I wasnt thrilled by it but it everyone else seem to enjoy it fairly well. I thought that pepper steak was suppose to have a spicy flavor to it and this did not even though while doing the bell peppers and onions I added chilli pepper and for some odd reason saw paprika and thought yeah throw some of that in there too. I will make this again because it is a good base recipe to tweak. Thank you again Maria not bad at all.

Quick and Easy 20-Minute Chicken Posole

I made this my family raved about it. I agree though the color is quite odd so i added some tapatio to it to spice it up alitte more and change the color of the soup. It was very good though!!!

Boneless Garlic and Rosemary Rubbed Prime Rib with Red Wine Mushroom Sauce

Followed recipe to the letter. Family complained that the meat was to cold even though i roasted it for the 21/2 hours. The flavor though was great!!! The sauce I didnt care for but everyone else really liked! I will make this again but I will cook it at a higher temp then the 250*.

Grilled Marinated Shrimp

My family loved this one. I added a little more garlic and used my George Forman (worked perfectly). I added pineaplle between the shrimp on the skwers. I threaded the bottom part of the shrimp then put a peice of the pineaplle and then the top of the shrimp went on over it....so good. And I placed the lemon slices on top of the skwers while I was grilling them. Served with Pasta Roni's Garlic and Olive Oil pasta and was so so good. You should try it. Will absoulutely make this again!!!!!

Raw Broccoli Salad

This recipe was so delious. I am always looking for new ways to get my kids to eat healthier and with the added bacon recomended plus I added peanuts instead of sunflower seeds oh it was awesome. Thank you for the recipe!!!
