Shrimp Artichoke Dip
Great recipe. Followed it exactly. Next time I'll be sure to use a high quality cheddar cheese as it seemed a bit oily to my taste. Also fresh garlic rather than garlic salt. The cheese has enough salt, and seemed to overwhelm. I served it with peasant bread rather than tortilla chips.

Magic Cookie Bars from EAGLE BRAND(r)
The butter is NOT needed. 1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips 1 cup flaked coconut 1 cup chopped walnuts(or pecans) FIRST, make a graham cracker crust, and then pour 1 can sweetened condensed milk over the crust(once the crust is put in a pan). Then put the "mix" over the crust, and bake @ 350 for @ least 15 minutes.

World's Best Lasagna
Absolutely wonderful. My Italian boyfriend said it was better than his aunts. I added a lot less less salt than the recipe said, only one teaspoon to the sauce, none in the ricotta, and was glad I did. I think it would have been way too salty otherwise. I also took some of the other advice from some reviews, brown sugar rather than white, and red wine instead of water. Even my 11 year old daughter, the worlds pickiest eater loved it.
