Excellent Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2012
My cookies also were thin and fell apart. The first batch tasted wonderful. I added 1/4 c. flour and 1/4 c. oats after the first batch. It helped but they also fell apart but not as bad. The flavor wasn't quite as good as the first batch.

Italian Subs - Restaurant Style

Reviewed: May 14, 2010
It was great! I think I used a little too much lettuce but it was still delicious. I heated mine under the broiler for just a minute as well.

Spanish Rice Bake

Very good. I had to use salsa instead of chili sauce as well and used brown rice but it still turned out great.

Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2009
It was good. I added salt because I only had plain garlic and celery seasoning. I also added a little sugar.

Bacon Roll Ups I

I also used one cream cheese and two lbs. bacon. Probably because I bought the large loaf of sandwich bread. They are delicious and freeze well too.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2007
It was very good. My daughter wanted me to make more. I made a few changes though. I only made three chicken breast. Also, after dipping it in egg and then the crumb mixture, I dipped it in egg and the crumb mixture a second time. I used plain bread crumbs and added onion and garlic powder. I also used a canola oil spray rather than using vegetable oil to cook the chicken in. Last, I couldn't find the cheese slices so I used shredded. It was wonderful and I know I'll be making it again.
