Super Simple Biscuits
Amazing! My whole family loved them, and it is very rare that we all like something. With 3 ingredients, it could not be easier, either! Oh, and to make them a little healthier, substituting plain yogurt for the sour cream works beautifully!

Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Pears
AMAZING! I was very skeptical of this recipe, but had both sweet potatoes and pears that I needed to use and wanted a relatively healthy recipe....WOW! I will add this to my regular routine! I have to admit that I do not measure out ingredients when cooking, so I cannot guarantee exact results every time. I also omitted nutmeg because I do not like it, but trust me, this was delicious! (My husband who does not like my adventurous recipes was even surprised at how well it tasted.)

Pumpkin Cake III
WOW! I was looking for something besides pumpkin pie or bread to make - I am not a big fan. And was I happy I tried this recipe! It was amazing! My husband had eaten three servings by the time I got back into the kitchen. I followed the recipe exactly.
