Ultimate Breakfast Casserole

This was Amazing! I tagged along with everyone else on adding more eggs I did five but most likely Ill do eight next time. I also cooked it with bacon instead of sausage and everyone loved it. I would say if you are going to cook with bacon cook it first and drain the oil dont put it in the casserole because more grease will cook out in the oven. But It was AMAZING! Our church group ate it up!

Mary's Meatloaf

My husband LOVED this! He really wanted a cream of mushroom meatloaf though (never had it) so I just replaced any of the ketchup and mustard w/cream of mushroom and it was a great success!! We also used Italian Style bread crumbs because I had to get rid of it. But I am so positive I will love your original recipe and everyone else would as well!

Pork Chops with Sweet Potato

This was absolutley amazing my husband loved the sweet potatoes. Like some of the other reviewers I didnt have mace so I just substituted w/ cinnamon and it was still very good but I really want to try it with the mace :)! If any other reviews say otherwise its most likely they skipped some steps or dont have very good taste buds! :)

Coconut Cream Cake I

If you are not an experienced cooker than you should plan on attempting this cake one time before you serve it. I've done a couple of desserts from allrecipes and this one was one of my challenges that I definitley learned from! Everything is pretty much what its says. When you poke holes make sure you dont poke all the way through. Also if your cake is too small dont worry about useing all the cream you made. I was kind of slow to pick this up and my cake was drowned in the cream and it made it WAY too sweet and WAY to soggy. lol So just make sure you use an enough amount of cream to make the cake part moist and drowned. But this recipe Im pretty sure is amazing when done right. But my dad wont pay for the supplies again :-( even though it was only 10 bucks!

Baked Flan

The only reason I rated this a four is because I didnt really achieve making this recipe the right way and something always turned out wrong. If your not an experienced cooker than I would definitley plan on doing this recipe a couple of times before you plan on serving it. I learned that sugar can burn (didnt know that before; Im a novice). Dont worry about small flakes, just make sure that it turns a light brown and not too dark! The darker the more of a charcoal taste your going to have. The Flan itself was very good. I like my flan a little sweeter so I added a couple of drops of the vanilla extract. Im pretty sure its a five star recipe when done right but if your novice I would once again encourage you to do the recipe a couple of times before doing it! Tip: If you add some mint leaves and whip cream it tastes so good!

Easy Chocolate Ice Cream 'N' Cake

OMG; My daddy loved his 53rd birthday; Easy Cholcolate Ice Cream 'N' Cake; I didnt have any problems with the cake being to frozen. But I guess I did take it out a little early to cutt it. It was absolutley amazing and he even cried. Which I love to make him happy; especially since he got back from Iraq! Its so funny but people on this website may not know how much the foods of the world bring us all together! I have a really good picture of the cake! I made mine circular! It was amazing THANK YOU SO MUCH for making our day even more amazing!
