I have a passion for cooking HEALTHY, easy and fun foods for my family. I love the challenge of a new recipe that I can adapt to make as healthy as possible without losing any of the original flavor. I'm a foodie through and through. I am also a huge advocate of fitness. I am first and foremost a runner, but I also love hiking, biking, kickboxing, strength training, swimming and any other activity that makes me sweat.
