True Blue Custard Crunch Pie
OH MY! This was heaven on a plate! I used a frozen pie crust and I changed the topping a little. I didn't add pecans, but I did add 1 T. flour, 1 T. white sugar, 2 T. brown sugar and 2 T. oats...it made the perfect streusal topping. I had to bake the filling for 33 minutes and then 15 for the topping. I can't wait to try other fruits with this!

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes
These were good. I do agree with the other reviewers; the sauce should be doubled, and maybe I didn't broil them long enough, because they didn't get as crispy as I wanted, but I will make them again; the flavor was great!

Sour Cream Pork Chops
I followed advice of other reviewers and spiced up the flour with garlic powder, paprika and pepper. I also added a can of cream of mushroom soup to the bouillon water and let it thicken before i poured it over the chops. I added an 8 oz. container of sliced fresh mushrooms as well. It was AMAZING! I cooked it for 4 hours on low and 1 hour on high and it was so tender but didn't fall apart so it turned out to be the perfect timing. This is a keeper!
