This recipe gets five stars because it has it all! It has absolutely wonderful flavor, the ribs were very tender and falling off the bone. Plus, they are quick but taste like they were slow cooks for days!! I loved these ribs, and they are the only ribs that my whole family loved.
I did change a few things though! I used a little bit more orange juice in the roaster, especially when you can't fit all the ribs in the pan lying flat. And, I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce and the sauce was delicious! Also, I would change the cook time to 2 1/2 to 3 hours. A tip for the kids in the family, I split the sauce and instead of using Morton's Hot Salt, I just used Seasoned Salt. Morton's Hot Salt does give a bit of a kick. I also rubbed the kids ribs with the Seasoned salt, and they still taste great!!! Just remember which ribs are which.
Delicious recipe and very easy!!!!
