Egg and Sausage Casserole

HUGE success! I also revised by adding 2 additional eggs with 3/4 cup of milk and I reduced the cheese to only 2 cups and used a finely shredded Mexican blend. I precooked the crescent base for about 5 minutes and then added the sausage and egg mixture. Turned out perfect and delicious!. Super easy, super quick and not a ton of ingredients so its inexpensive to make! My whole Sunday school devoured it and I got tons of compliments. Great recipe!

Baked Potato Soup

Made this for a bonfire family night! Family LOVED it and my husband said it was the best potato soup he has ever eaten! Great flavor and real simple to make.

Sassy Orange Maple Grilled Baby Back Ribs

This recipe gets five stars because it has it all! It has absolutely wonderful flavor, the ribs were very tender and falling off the bone. Plus, they are quick but taste like they were slow cooks for days!! I loved these ribs, and they are the only ribs that my whole family loved. I did change a few things though! I used a little bit more orange juice in the roaster, especially when you can't fit all the ribs in the pan lying flat. And, I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce and the sauce was delicious! Also, I would change the cook time to 2 1/2 to 3 hours. A tip for the kids in the family, I split the sauce and instead of using Morton's Hot Salt, I just used Seasoned Salt. Morton's Hot Salt does give a bit of a kick. I also rubbed the kids ribs with the Seasoned salt, and they still taste great!!! Just remember which ribs are which. Delicious recipe and very easy!!!!
