German Sweet Chocolate Cake I

per the advice of other reviews I used 6 oz german chocolate squares and cake flour, otherwise stuck to the recipe. I sifted the dry ingredients as well and relied on color/consistency rather than the time provided (12min) for the frosting. Making this cake was time consuming, the frosting especially, but well worth it. everyone loved it. i suggest using parchment paper in bottom of cake pan(s) (i made 3- 9in round layers). The batter has a mouse-like consistency. next time i will make this cake using only 4 chocolate squares, with 6 it was almost too chocolaty but was really delicious.

Chicken Riggies

I was so excited to see a chicken riggies recipe here! i'm from CNY, but now live in Northern California. This was great, I couldn't find all the ingredients so I had to make substitutions; still was delicious!

Korean Spicy Marinated Pork (Dae Ji Bool Gogi)

Dae Ji Bool Gogi is one of our favorites! I've never been brave enough to try cooking Korean cuisine, but I went for it with this one- such a great recipe. I couldn't find the pepper paste in any store, so I substituted with a Vietnamese chili paste and that was WAY too spicy, the heat overpowered the taste; next time I'll have to find the real stuff for this recipe. This is awesome when served with lettuce leaf and rice. *when we have had this at restaurants it is served with a paste-like condiment- do you know what that is and how to make it? Thanks for delicious authentic Korean Recipes!

Thanksgiving Meatloaf

delicious! We had a pre-thanksgiving craving that this meatloaf satisfied! Thanks for this creative, easy and adaptable recipe! I followed recommendations from other reviews and added garlic and onion and celery since I had it. We served it with veggies, sweet potato fries and cranberry sauce just for the extra thanksgiving touch
