About this Cook
I am a member of Allrecipes. I own a restaurant in Denmark, bringing Portugese food to Northern Europe. My hobby is walking, I walk around my restaurant all day. I like to taste wine. The hobby I also have is photographie, it is a joy to take pictures of all the noodle food I prepare in my restaurant. Denmark is a great place to hike with all the albino koalas and buterflys swimming around. Oh, and by the way, I don't even know what "Nouvelle" means, I just selected it because it sounded humorous. Being a native of Portugal, I have many interests in Northern Europe. I also have a great urge to someday see the grate America, the land of the BBQ. I am sorry if I spell things incorectly, as I was raised with Turkish and Danish.

I like to eat anything I don't have to make.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Ramen noodles. The world's greatest invention. They are the topseller in my restaurant in Denmark, (even though everyone thinks we make all the noodle cuisuine ourselves, but it would take me too many time too make real food,so I like to have it straight out of the little Ramen Noodle package.) It is a wonderful way to make the living.
My cooking triumphs
I have made Ramen noodles for 3 years at my restaurant, and only too times I have burnt the noodles. I think that is imprezzive.
My cooking tragedies
NONE, except for the American BBQ. I do not understand how they can put on the liquid spice, I thought spice was solid. They call the liquid spice a barbiecoo, I think.

I accidentally added another egg, and it made them really chewy! Yummy.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken
Oh no, a disaster! The chicken smelled awful in the first place, then there was too much mustard. The inside(if you could get over the smell or outside) was quite juicy. I suggest using less mustard, and more spices.

Blackened Chicken
Very dry! The spices weren't proportioned right. I also was in the mood for a different food, so it could have been my imagination(which is possible.)
