Creamy Veggie Fondue
This is a wonderful recipe! Use a dry or semi-dry wine, either Swiss Fendant, Sauvignon Blanc or California Riesling. These help the proteins in the cheese melt more smoothly.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
i don't know how this tastes, because it's still sitting in the oven, but it raised above the pan and looks like a muffin top! it looks terrible. it absolutely DOES NOT look like the picture and i followed the recipe EXACTLY. i don't know what the heck happened. i am so disappointed because it's christmas eve and i'm supposed to take this tonight!
