I'm giving this 4 stars with the changes I made. I didn't have any fresh peaches on hand (they're a bit hard to find in Alaska during the winter) so I used frozen thawed in the microwave mixed with 1 tbsp of sugar, 1/2 tsp nutmeg and added 1/4c sliced strawberries(frozen). As suggested by another reviewer I substituted 1/2c of flour for oats (I used quick-cooking) and also added 1/4 tsp nutmeg to the topping. Instead of using a pastry cutter, I found it much easier to just put on some gloves and use my hands to mix the topping together. I baked it for 30 mins, sprinkled an additional 1/4c of oats on top, and finished baking the last 15 mins. Came out very good. Not too sweet, but not bland at all. Great with some homemade whip cream on top!
